  A Little About Me

I trained as a clinical hypnotherapist at the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy, Imperial College, London and am a member of the
British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

Prior to this I trained as a music therapist at the Anglia Polytechnic University, Cambridge. Over the last ten years I have worked in the NHS and the Oxfordshire County Education Service within the fields of psychiatry and learning disabilities.

During these years I have explored and studied many models of personal change and development through coaching and have worked with a wide variety of private clients in positively changing unhelpful and limiting attitudes, behaviours, habits and lifestyle, allowing the client to be more fulfilled and happy in their lives.

In addition I am a vocal coach, helping people to free themselves up to enjoy singing and using their voices. As a singer and flautist, I participate in various musical projects and performances of all genres, including NoMAD, Moonrakers and I regularly sing with the AST jazz trio.

My work with clients has always embraced self-development and self-expression, using all my experience and background to develop a distinctive approach in working with each individual.

I am passionate to working with people, in partnership, to make the changes that allow them to live life to its fullest potential
