What will you get from clinical hypnotherapy and coaching?

 

Working with me you will work towards taking control of your life and allowing yourself to live the life that you want to lead. Work will include recognising and changing negative or limiting behaviours, thought patterns, belief structures, feelings and habits

Through therapeutic hypnosis, a natural, safe and effective way to make contact with the inner and (unconscious) self, you will tap into the root of any inhibiting concerns. This will enable you to make positive changes at a deep and transformational level. During hypnosis you will have full control of the process.

 

How does hypnosis work?

 

Under hypnosis you enter a trance state, similar to when you daydream or drift off to sleep. During the trance you will been encouraged to visualise and will receive positive suggestions for change. During this often deeply relaxed state you are able to access both hemispheres of the brain. This receptive, aware and open state enables you to formulate creative solutions leading to deep and long lasting positive change.

 

What will you experience in a session?

The first session will establish a detailed case history and will possibly include an initial experience of hypnosis. Further sessions will include discussion, coaching and working with your unconscious mind in hypnosis, a deep state of relaxation.
